About the Role

We are looking for a Reports Analyst who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with data. You will be responsible for preparing accurate reports, maintaining data, and providing insights that help the team make better business decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Collect, organize, and validate data from different sources
• Maintain accurate reports and databases
• Monitor team performance and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Identify data errors, missing information, and inconsistencies
• Create and maintain Google Sheet, Excel spreadsheets and dashboards
• Provide reports and data summaries to management
• Support other teams with reporting and data requests
• Help improve reporting processes and make reports easier to understand

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in reporting, data analysis, or a similar role
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet
• Comfortable working with numbers and large amounts of data
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Able to meet deadlines and handle multiple requests
• Good communication skills
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City

Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Sheets, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools
• Experience working with KPIs and performance reports
• Experience in a BPO or operations environment
