Role Description:

This is an entry level, full-time, on-site role for a Reports Analyst who will be assigned in various offices such as McKinley Hill, Taguig or Eastwood, Quezon City. The Reports Analyst is responsible for creating, maintaining and improving the data for reporting purposes to ensure accurate and complete capture of data within the specified time frame.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret reports and processes in order to identify opportunities for improvement and effectively communicate those findings to key stakeholders.
• Monitor, report and analyze data.
• Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly departmental performance reports.
• Real-time monitoring of specialists to maximize efficiency.
• Other tasks as assigned by Management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in any field (Business/Computer Science/IT/Mathematics preferred).
• 1-2 years experience in a similar role.
• Fresh Graduate with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with the Zendesk and other CRMs would be a strong asset.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, Google Suite.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to identify problem areas and identify solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with SQL queries
• Amenable to work in either Mckinley Hill, Taguig or Eastwood City, Quezon City.
