Job Summary:

​​​​The Insights Associate supports the creation, maintenance, and distribution of recurring and ad hoc reports that help drive operational transparency in supply chain performance. 

Essential Functions:

• Assist in compiling data for daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

• Maintain report templates and update dashboards as needed.

• Perform basic data validation and troubleshooting.

• Communicate report delivery schedules and resolve minor stakeholder requests.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Supply Chain, or a related fieldORCombination of post-secondary education and relevant work experience (required)

Required Licensing & Certifications:

Experience:

• 1+ year experience in reporting and analytics, preferably in a healthcare or supply chain setting (required)

• Prior experience with [software platforms] (preferred)

Skills & Abilities:

• ​​​Work required a high level of critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Assist in compiling data for daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

• Maintain report templates and update dashboards as needed.

• Perform basic data validation and troubleshooting.

• Communicate report delivery schedules and resolve minor stakeholder requests.
