Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough vehicle searches to locate repossession targets using GPS tracking, communication tools, and investigative techniques.
• Safely operate tow trucks
• Ensure proper vehicle loading onto tow trucks following cargo securement protocols to prevent damage during transit.
• Maintain detailed documentation of each recovery operation, including logs of vehicle condition, location, and recovery steps.
• Adhere strictly to safety standards and traffic laws during driving, loading, unloading, and vehicle recovery procedures.
• Interact professionally with customers, property owners, law enforcement officers, and other stakeholders to manage conflicts effectively while maintaining a positive reputation for the company.

Requirements

• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with experience in commercial truck driving and cargo securement protocols.
• Hands-on experience operating tow trucks is a plus
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle tense situations calmly and professionall
• Ability to load and unload vehicles safely following established procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on clear communication and professionalism during interactions
