Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute repossession of collateral for delinquent accounts, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively with clients, debtors, and third-party vendors via phone, email, and in person to arrange asset recovery or negotiate repayment solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of repossession activities, including documentation of collateral status, legal notices, and compliance reports.
• Ensure all repossession processes comply with industry standards, consumer protection laws, and financial regulatory guidelines.
• Handle confidential information with integrity.
• Collaborate with legal teams or external agencies when necessary to facilitate lawful repossession procedures and account reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in debt collection, consumer finance, or accounts receivable management with a focus on repossession activities.
• Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent phone etiquette and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of industry regulations including consumer protection laws, financial compliance standards, and relevant industry best practices.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining compliance with all legal requirements.
• Effective communication skills for client interaction via phone communication or telemarketing techniques.

Pay: $24.92 - $30.01 per hour
