Summary : To support customer engagement and lead management for newly launched and ongoing campaigns. The role is responsible for contacting campaign-generated leads, assessing customer interest, conducting initial qualification, maintaining accurate lead records, following up with prospects, and managing the end-to-end sales process for qualified leads.

Mandatory Professional Certifications & Licenses Requirement Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within customer service, call center,

contact center or a customer-facing environment.

Previous experience within the banking or financial services sector would be an advantage.

Experience handling customer inquiries, requests and complaints through telephone or

other customer-contact channels.

Exposure to promoting or cross-selling products and services based on identified

customer needs.

Experience working in a service-driven environment with defined quality and performance

standards.
