Role Description The Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Khor Fakkan. This position involves serving as a primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, responding to inquiries, and providing clear information about products, services, and project status. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating orders, documenting customer requirements, preparing basic reports, and ensuring accurate communication between the fabrication/assembly teams and customers. The Representative supports scheduling, follows up on deliveries, and helps resolve routine issues in a timely and professional manner. The role also involves maintaining records, adhering to company procedures, and contributing to a safe and efficient workplace.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues, both in person and in writing.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, orders, and follow-ups efficiently.
• Basic proficiency with office software (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets) and comfort learning new systems.
• Attention to detail for accurate documentation, record-keeping, and verification of customer and order information.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer questions and routine issues.
• Ability to work on-site in Khor Fakkan and collaborate with production, logistics, and management teams.
• Prior experience in customer service, administration, or a similar representative role is preferred.
• Knowledge of fabrication, manufacturing, or modular assembly environments is an advantage but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, administration, or a related field is beneficial.
