Repro Manager

Responsibilities Lead and improve the prepress workflow and introduce automation wherever possible. Create and manage a proper tracking system for daily work orders as per the production schedule and ensure timely delivery to customers. Regularly communicate project updates and job status with managers and the customer service team. Talk to customers when needed to resolve any issues, questions, or concerns. Record problems like machine downtime and note the steps taken to fix them. Check and ensure that artwork is prepared correctly as per customer requirements. Help customers with all their printing-related needs. Supervise the maintenance of all repro department machines. Update repro department software after getting approval from management. Handle ordering of all consumables (plates, chemicals, screens, papers, toners, cartridges) and check their quality before use. Support continuous improvements in customer supply chain processes to make operations smoother and enhance customer service.
