Reprographic Agent

Main duties: To perform printing, reprographic, and plan printing tasks. To format and bind duplicated documents. Responsibilities: To identify and communicate to superiors any risks that could compromise the performance of duties. To perform printing, reprographic, and plan printing tasks. To perform basic maintenance on reproduction machines and equipment. To clean the work area. To prepare the machine (adjustments, ink fountains, printing plates, and other printing methods). To supply the machine with raw materials: paper, ink, binding materials, etc. To start the machine, check initial proofs, and fine-tune settings to achieve the desired quality. To bind reproduced documents. To manage the preventive maintenance program for the machines. Ensure compliance with safety instructions. Write all reports related to your work. Regarding QHSE: Respect the general safety instructions and rules in force within the Company and its structures (including Projects); Apply the procedures and rules dictated within the Integrated Management System; Communicate any risk that could compromise the performance of your work to your superiors.

Desired Candidate Profile

General training: Electromechanical technician. Professional training: Training in the operation of reprographic and binding equipment. Professional experience: 2 years.
