REQ520350 Assistant Facilities Manager

About the role

The Assistant Facilities Manager must be a team player and work with other members of the team to meet all key performance indicators as set out in the management contract. Responsible for site facilities operation.

Key responsibilities

• Establish Building Employment services Operational procedures and roll out for site staff
• Responsible for delivery of services in accordance with Client Management SLA
• Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations
• Provide comprehensive process management with a focus on continuous improvement and enhancing CPI/KPI deliverable with the application of Best Practices and drive standardization across functional
• Develop and deliver CCR and DPOR list as per agreed datelines
• Initiate strategies to reduce the building operation repair cost and improvement plan for further cost reduction
• Manage and run the operation within the allocated budget
• Manage all in house/contract vendors to carry out the job as per SLA
• Initiate and maintain Preventive Management Program
• Follow up BAC/AR closure as per SLA Operation improvement and manage day to day operation and issues that arise

About you

• Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management or 5 years' experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field
• Experience working in building management
• Excellence management and organizational skills
• Good at meeting deadlines
• 24/7 emergency call support and site attendance required
