• 啟動與執行新供應商評鑑作業,，確保供應商導入之合理性及進行風險管控。
• 執行Cost control 詢比議作業，提升公司物料成本的競爭力。
• 依據採購策略執行RFQ。
• 推展選用優良RVL支援新產品開發工作，提升RVL hit rate。
• 執行模具發包與請款作業, 確保新機種順利量產。 (ME sourcer)
