Job Summary:
Kanwar Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced CA (Final/Qualified) with strong expertise in Accounts & Finance and Taxation, preferably from the Construction Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end accounting and financial operations of the organization.
• Handle Cost Accounting, Cost Control, Budgeting, and Project Cost Analysis.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Cash Flow Statements.
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Coordinate and manage Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Tax Audits, and other regulatory audits.
• Ensure accurate accounting and compliance with applicable Accounting Standards and statutory regulations.
• Monitor receivables, payables, cash flow, working capital, and financial controls.
• Liaise with banks, financial institutions, auditors, consultants, government authorities, and regulatory bodies.
• Review financial data, identify variances, and provide MIS and management reports.
• Establish and strengthen internal financial controls and accounting processes.
• Support management in financial planning, taxation, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.
• Ensure timely closure of books of accounts and resolution of audit observations.

Qualification & Experience:

• CA (Final/Qualified)
• 1015 years of experience in Accounts & Finance
• Construction/Infrastructure experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Auditing & Financial Reporting
