Job Description
Work independently or with the team depdending on project's requirements.
Write code as per standards, best practices guidelines.
Write code to meet client's requirements.
Write code without performance issues.
Write code without quality bug issues.
Write code without spelling mistakes.
Write code as per the architecture that was decided.
Write code as per the design that was decided.
Perform self review of the code.
Comment the code.
Save code in version repository.
Finish assigned task on time and on budget.
Attend technical etc trainings as organized by company.
Upgrade knowledge in the technical area and demonstrate.
Ensure timely timesheet submission.
Provide correct delivery dates of your work to project owner.
Achieve team satisfaction of minimum 3 out of 5 ranking in 360 feedback.
Go beyond job hours to meet deadlines and resolve customer complaints.
Follow company policies and processes such as leaves, attendance etc.
Cooperate with other work in company such as ISO, CMM etc.

Qualifications
Must have- 1+ yr experience, C#, ASP.NET 3.5/ 4.0, MVC, SQL Server 2005/ 2008, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Nice to have- LINQ, Entity Framework, Web service, WCF , JSON, jQuery.
Nice to have- Sharepoint, Windows workflow foundation
Nice to have- Telerik, Dev Express.
