We are expanding our MEP team and looking for experienced professionals with strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in Residential and Township Projects.

• MEP Manager 10+ Years Experience
• MEP Engineer 5+ Years Experience

Key Responsibilities

MEP Manager

• Lead and manage the complete MEP execution for high-rise residential/commercial projects.
• Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting and other MEP services.
• Manage consultants, contractors, subcontractors and site teams.
• Review drawings, technical specifications, shop drawings and material submittals.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety and timely completion.
• Resolve technical and coordination issues and ensure smooth MEP execution.

MEP Engineer

• Execute and monitor MEP works as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and other disciplines.
• Inspect installation quality and ensure proper workmanship.
• Monitor testing, commissioning and snag rectification.
• Prepare progress reports and coordinate day-to-day site activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Relevant experience in high-rise residential and/ Townships.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and site execution.
• Good understanding of drawings, specifications and coordination.
• Experience in handling contractors/subcontractors.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates from the construction/real estate industry are preferred.
