Job Summary
Nelson Hotel is looking for an energetic and vibrant person to join their existing Restaurant Staff team.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and kitchen spaces
- Manage guest inquiries or concerns professionally, ensuring a positive resolution that encourages repeat visits
- This role requires working 2 shifts in a day, early morning and Evening Shifts.
- Christmas & New Year Period is a busy time, so hired candidates will be required to work during this period.
1 Year relevant experience in a restaurant is required.
Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16.0 – 20.0 per week
Work Location: In person
