HIRING: Requirement Analysis - SaaS Administrator (Coupa)
We are looking for a Senior SaaS Administrator with strong Coupa experience to support administration, business requirements, configuration, integrations, testing, and production support.
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience with Coupa Procurement, Invoice, Sourcing, or Supplier Information Management
- Experience in Coupa administration/configuration
- Knowledge of Coupa–Oracle ERP/EBS integrations, SFTP, and integration troubleshooting
- Experience in requirements analysis, process improvement, and functional analysis
- Hands-on SIT/UAT, test scripts, defect management, and release validation
- Strong production/L2-L3 application support experience
- Familiarity with JIRA, Coupa Success Portal, and Coupa Community
- Ideally 3–6+ years of relevant Coupa/SaaS experience
Preferred Background: Senior Coupa Administrator, Coupa Functional Consultant, Coupa Application Administrator, Coupa Functional Analyst, or Coupa Business Systems Analyst.
