About the Role

JK Electric Contractor LLP is looking for a proactive and result-oriented **Recruitment Officer** to manage the **end-to-end recruitment process** for HO and project/site requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, coordination, communication, and candidate management skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle the **complete recruitment cycle** from manpower requirement to candidate joining.

* Understand job requirements and prepare/update **Job Descriptions (JDs)**.

* Source candidates through **Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, references, and other recruitment channels**.

* Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on experience, skills, qualifications, and job requirements.

* Conduct **initial HR screening/interviews** and assess candidate suitability.

* Coordinate technical/management interview rounds with concerned departments.

* Schedule interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.

* Negotiate salary, notice period, joining date, and other employment terms.

* Follow up with selected candidates until **successful joining**.

* Maintain and update the **candidate database, recruitment tracker, and MIS reports**.

* Manage offer rollout, documentation, and pre-joining formalities.

* Coordinate with candidates for required joining documents.

* Conduct reference/background checks wherever required.

* Maintain proper records of **open positions, shortlisted candidates, interviews, selections, offers, and joining status**.

* Ensure positions are closed within the required **TAT**.

* Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring and critical positions.

* Support employer branding activities, including **LinkedIn/job postings and recruitment campaigns**.

* Coordinate with HR/Admin for smooth onboarding of new employees.

Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of **end-to-end recruitment**.

* Good sourcing and candidate screening skills.

* Hands-on experience with **Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals**.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Good negotiation and follow-up skills.

* Ability to handle **multiple vacancies simultaneously**.

* Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment trackers.

* Strong coordination and time-management skills.

* Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.

* Knowledge of recruitment for **technical, engineering, corporate, and site/project positions** will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

* 1–3 years of experience in recruitment/HR hiring.

* Experience in **EPC, infrastructure, electrical, construction, engineering, or project-based organizations** is preferred.

* Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* Position closure within defined TAT.

* Number of quality candidates sourced and shortlisted.

* Interview-to-selection ratio.

* Offer-to-joining conversion.

* Candidate retention after joining.

* Accuracy and timely updating of recruitment MIS.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
