Blu Omega is seeking a Requirements Analyst to support a US Navy program. This role is responsible for defining and managing system requirements to support information warfare data analysis and visualization efforts.

Program Overview
This position directly contributes to enhancing decision-making processes by transforming complex operational data into actionable insights.

Clearance / Suitability: Active Secret clearance required (must be current and transferable)

Responsibilities

• Formulate and define system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding, understanding business systems and industry requirements
• Extract, analyze, validate, and manage project requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Decompose complex problems, identify dependencies, resolve conflicts, and prioritize needs
• Author requirements such as epics and user stories, adhering to best practices
• Facilitate requirements sessions and communicate business needs to technical teams
• Identify and escalate potential requirements gaps to senior leadership
• Conduct product demonstrations for stakeholders and maintain quality assurance of products
• Work as part of cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with developers and SMEs
• Use project management tools such as Jira

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related disciplines (Master’s preferred)
• Four years’ experience in a related field
• Active Secret clearance (must be current and transferable)
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and leadership briefings
• Experience with data visualization and operational analytics

Compensation
Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00
Final compensation based on technical skills, experience, education, certifications, and clearance.

Work Model
Onsite, 5 days per week in Suffolk, VA; no regular travel required.

Notes
The onboarding process includes CAC card issuance, system access provisioning, and Government Furnished Equipment (GFE). Estimated 2 weeks for base access; full system/email access may take slightly longer.
