- MFCC改善-提升生产力,降低LRR/IPQC缺失,降低离职率,降低SMT报废率
- 生产作业符合流程规范、产品品质符合生产管制与产品规格,降低 IPQC/FQC件数
- 工单关结/生产/出货,提升MO 3天关结率,出货达成率要求
- 料帐一致管理-电子仓，工单料帐100%准确
- 人才培养-控制 SMT 厂干部/重点岗位离职率于HR管控目标内,课/组/班及重点岗位技能提升及人才培养
