Role & responsibilities

• Working with the Engagement teams in completing the Engagement acceptance case in DRMS

• Administration support: handling incoming and outgoing e-mails and correspondence, filing of documents/mails

• We act as the middle office to make sure the contracts are setup in accordance to the regulations and restrictions as provided in the Belgium Tax and Legal practice manual.

• Provide Escalation support to the client administrators to fast pace their process.

• Support the client administrators with their queries and consultations on demand.

• Supervise , review the analysts work and make sure the quality of the standards is met

• Provide Cross functional trainings to the various teams connected to QRR with the new updated / changes made in the process

• Work closely with other teams in collecting the required information to carry out the above-mentioned tasks.

• Follow-ups are a major part of work. Ensure to setup clear communication with Partners/Directors/any staff.

• Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant 1 to 8 years of experience in similar role.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and exhibits a positive attitude.

• Prior experience of background research, basic KYC and compliance knowledge is required

• Microsoft Office Excel level: Advance

• Quick learning skills and proficiency with working along with dependent teams

• Good communication skills (written and verbal), problem solving and decision-making skills.

• Ability in decision making, team management and conflict management.

• Ability to work independently and within a team structure in a dynamic and tight deadline-driven environment.

• Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to handle multiple projects.

• The individual must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and maturity in working with confidential and sensitive information.
