Research Analyst

Cedarstone produces market research for private clients, family offices, businesses and professional investors, covering G10 and emerging market currencies, macro outlooks, and hedging strategy. We're expanding our research team and looking for analysts to take ownership of client-facing market output.

What you'll do

• Produce daily/weekly market commentary and macro outlooks for distribution to clients
• Monitor economic data releases, central bank policy, and geopolitical developments, and translate them into actionable currency views
• Prepare personalised research and hedging recommendations for individual client requests
• Deliver market updates on client analyst calls and via alerts
• Maintain and build out internal data trackers and market dashboards used across the research desk
• Work directly with clients to understand their exposure and tailor research to their needs

What we're looking for

• Strong interest in and working knowledge of FX markets and macroeconomics
• Excellent written and verbal communication — able to explain market moves clearly to non-specialist clients
• Comfortable working with data (Excel proficiency a plus)
• Self-motivated, able to manage output independently in a remote-first setting
• Able to attend the office 3 days per month (UK)
• Prior markets experience is useful but not essential — we care more about analytical thinking and communication than a specific background

Pay: £40,000.00-£450,000.00 per year
