About this Role:

As a Research Analyst, you will begin by owning coverage of equities, ETFs, actively managed mutual funds, and hedge funds across the US, Europe, and Asia. As you grow with us, you will have the opportunity to broaden your coverage universe and take on greater responsibility for managing our growth-oriented model portfolios.

This role suits someone who can form strong views, support them with rigorous analysis, and communicate them clearly to the research team and investment committee.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Monitor emerging trends across different sectors to identify sub-themes worth deeper investigation and proactively bring new thematic ideas to the research team.
• Evaluate investment ideas across single stocks, ETFs, and active funds, including fund manager due diligence, portfolio construction analysis, and fee and performance comparisons.
• Build and maintain coverage of listed companies across the US, Europe, and Asia, primarily China/Hong Kong and Japan.
• Track earnings, product cycles, capital expenditure trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics across your coverage universe.
• Write concise research notes and thematic pieces for the research team and investment committee.
• Over time, support the construction, monitoring, and rebalancing of growth-oriented model portfolios and contribute to asset allocation, position sizing, and risk management decisions.
