Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities

• Research assigned target organizations, including OEMs, Data Centers, Hyperscalers, Fortune 1000 companies, telecommunications providers, cable operators, and other enterprise organizations

• Identify individuals responsible for or influencing:

  • IT Asset Disposition (ITAD)
  • Asset Recovery (For Eqpt. & Recyclables)
  • Electronics Recycling (e-Scrap)
  • End-of-Life (EOL) Asset Management
  • Reverse Logistics (For EOL Eqpt)
  • Excess Inventory

• Returns and RMA Programs & and their Disposition

• Investigate organizational structures rather than relying solely on job titles.

• Determine whether responsibility resides within departments such as:

  • IT
  • Procurement
  • Supply Chain
  • Sustainability
  • Operations
  • Facilities
  • Finance
  • Environmental Health & Safety (EHS)
  • Data Center Operations

• Identify multiple relevant stakeholders as asset disposition decisions involve several departments.

• Research and validate each contact using multiple sources to improve accuracy and minimize false positives.

• Obtain and verify:

  • Full name and title
  • Business email address
  • Direct/mobile phone number whenever available
  • Desk phone number
  • Company and department information
  • Relevant professional or organizational background

• Document why each individual was identified as a potential decision-maker or influencer.

• Enter and maintain accurate lead and company information within the CRM or designated database.

• Provide the Business Development Manager with organized, actionable lead intelligence to support

• outbound prospecting. Continuously improve research methodologies, data sources, and search strategies.

Research Tools

• Candidates should have experience with several of the following at a minimum:

  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • ZoomInfo
  • Apollo.io
  • Company websites and corporate directories
  • SEC filings and other public corporate information
  • CRM and sales intelligence platforms
  • ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and other AI-assisted research tools
  • Additional commercial contact databases and data-verification platforms

Qualifications and requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in lead generation, sales intelligence, market research, data mining, prospect research, or investigative research.
• Demonstrated ability to identify decision-makers within large or complex organizations.
• Strong experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, or similar research platforms.
• Excellent internet and organizational research skills.
• Ability to cross-reference multiple sources and evaluate the reliability of information.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Experience maintaining CRM and prospect databases.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Self-motivated, persistent, analytical, and comfortable working independently in an offshore environment supporting a U.S.-based organization.

Non-negotiable skills and requirements:

• Experience researching Fortune 1000 companies, OEMs, Data Centers, Hyperscalers, telecommunications companies, or other large enterprises.
• Knowledge of ITAD, Asset Recovery, electronics recycling, reverse logistics, supply chain, EOL asset management, or technology lifecycle management.
• Previous experience supporting U.S.-based business development or enterprise sales teams.
• Experience using AI-assisted research tools to increase research speed and accuracy.
• CRM Organization
• Strong Excel and Pivot Table Experience, Strong Google Sheets
