Research Analyst (Pharmaceutical PhD)

该职位来源于猎聘 Job Overview We are looking for a rigorous and detail-oriented PhD Research Analyst specialized in biopharmaceuticals. The role focuses heavily on oncology research while covering multiple innovative drug areas. The incumbent will conduct independent desk research, analyze clinical and market trends, generate professional industry insights, and support high-quality consulting project delivery. Prior consulting experience is not mandatory; we provide systematic professional training for passionate talents. Key Responsibilities

• Independent Industry Secondary Research: Conduct multi-dimensional desk research across diverse sources, including global and domestic clinical databases (ClinicalTrials, CDE, Informa), academic publications, pharmaceutical media, investment platforms and policy channels. Track drug pricing, bidding data and industry policies continuously. Improve research efficiency via automated monitoring, data filtering, redundancy management and quality control.
• Industry Trend Analysis & Report Writing: Monitor global R&D progress of new drugs and targets, with a core focus on oncology and extended coverage of innovative drug sectors. Analyze clinical trial data, mechanisms of action (MOA), biomarkers, epidemiology, patient journeys and clinical guidelines to identify industry trends. Independently draft, revise and optimize various industry research, project analysis and competitive landscape reports, and deliver high-quality analytical outputs on a regular basis.
• Market Opportunity & Competition Analysis: Under senior guidance, evaluate market potential and competitive landscape across oncology and broader innovative drug fields to provide solid data support and professional insights for consulting projects.
• Project Delivery & Resource Maintenance: Support project data compilation and complete assigned project modules to ensure high-quality deliverables. Maintain the company’s internal research platform and accumulate standardized consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical market knowledge.
• Ad-hoc Assignments: Complete other temporary tasks assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements

• Educational Background: PhD or above in Clinical Medicine, Pharmacy, Biopharmaceuticals, Biological Sciences or other related biomedical disciplines. Fresh PhD graduates are welcome. Solid academic training or research experience in oncology, tumor immunology or innovative drug research is preferred.
• Professional Competencies: Proficient in literature retrieval and professional report writing. Familiar with pharmaceutical R&D, registration policies and global market dynamics. Experience in clinical trial analysis, MOA/biomarker trend research and professional database operation is preferred.
• Language & Technical Skills: Fluent in both English and Mandarin. Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online research tools.
• Personal Traits: Sensitive to industry updates with critical thinking and independent judgment. Possess strong logical reasoning, time management and teamwork skills. Detail-oriented, patient, responsible and highly professional.
