We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and detail-oriented Research Analyst to support research projects, data analysis, market intelligence, and strategic decision-making. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with data, researching trends, analysing information, and turning complex findings into clear and actionable insights.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct primary and secondary research across markets, industries, customers, and competitors
• Collect, organise, analyse, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data
• Monitor market trends, industry developments, and emerging opportunities
• Conduct competitor and market intelligence research
• Assist with surveys, interviews, questionnaires, and other research activities
• Analyse research findings and identify key trends, patterns, and insights
• Prepare research reports, presentations, dashboards, and executive summaries
• Translate complex data and research findings into clear and actionable recommendations
• Support forecasting, market sizing, segmentation, and trend analysis
• Validate data and research sources to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Maintain research databases, documentation, and data records
• Collaborate with business, marketing, product, finance, and strategy teams
• Support ad-hoc research projects and strategic initiatives
• Stay informed about relevant industry trends, research methodologies, and analytical tools

✅ Requirements

• Entry-Level / Junior / Associate level, with 0–3+ years of experience
• Internships, graduate experience, academic research, or relevant projects are welcome
• Degree or relevant studies in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Statistics, Data Analytics, Social Sciences, Research, or a related field is advantageous
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent research and information-gathering abilities
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Ability to analyse and interpret quantitative and qualitative information
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to present research findings clearly and concisely
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple research projects and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
• Fluent in English
• Based in Australia with full working rights in Australia
