Research and Developement (Building Material)

• Develop new products
• Redesign and improve existing products
• Supervise production trials
• Oversee field application trials
• Provide technical support for project-based initiatives, including formulation adjustments, documentation, and specification reviews
• Design Technical Data Sheets and Material Safety Data Sheets for existing and new product development
• Manage project-based product development under strict deadlines

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
• 2 to 5 years of experience handling projects within the building chemical industry
• Technical expertise in formulating and manufacturing Epoxy or PU Flooring, Admixtures, and Protective Coatings
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English (mandatory); proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
• Willing to be placed in Daan Mogot, Tangerang
