Research & Development Assistant

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
• With at least 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in Research and Development, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of food product development, testing, and evaluation.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good documentation and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willing to work on-site in Bagumbayan, Taguig City.

Job Description

• Assist in the development and improvement of new and existing food products.
• Conduct product trials, testing, and evaluation based on established standards and requirements.
• Prepare and maintain product development documents, reports, and records.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, and other relevant departments during product development and testing.
• Monitor product quality, consistency, and performance during trials.
• Assist in conducting research on ingredients, packaging materials, and potential product improvements.
• Ensure that product development activities comply with company standards, food safety, and quality requirements.
• Perform other R&D-related tasks and duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Pay: Php19,630.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
