What they need
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Product Development, Industrial Design, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in R&D/product development, preferably in sport industry, footwear, apparel, or garment manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of product development and manufacturing processes.
- Experience working with international customers/brands is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, project management, and technical skills.
- Good command of English.
- Develop new products based on customer requirements, market trends, technical specifications, and company capabilities.
- Coordinate product development from initial concept through prototype, testing, trial production, and mass production.
- Work closely with Design, Engineering, Production, Quality, Purchasing, and other departments during the development process.
- Analyze product performance and identify opportunities for improvement in quality, functionality, durability, and cost.
- Review technical specifications, samples, materials, and production processes.
- Willing to be place in Madiun
