- Establish new or improve the methods for manufacturing and evaluating products.
- Standardize the bulk & finished goods specification.
- Assist in tracking and managing the project timeline and ensure that the deadlines are met.
- Prepare reports & presentations of laboratory findings.
- Assists in quality and cost improvement work on existing products.
- Conduct an evaluation of new and alternative raw materials for product development use.
- Recommend an alternative material and techniques to improve the quality of the existing products.
- Ensure that the new products meet the company’s quality, safety, and cost standards.
