Research & Development Coordinator

• Develop and modify the new and existing formulations of the products for improved performance and cost reduction.
• Handle the preparation of samples for testing and analysis.
• Establish new or improve the methods for manufacturing and evaluating products.
• Standardize the bulk & finished goods specification.
• Assist in tracking and managing the project timeline and ensure that the deadlines are met.
• Assists in quality and cost improvement work on existing products.
• Conduct an evaluation of new and alternative raw materials for product development use.
• Recommend an alternative material and techniques to improve the quality of the existing products.
• Ensure that the new products meet the company’s quality, safety, and cost standards

Pay: From Php16,000.00 per month
