Electronic Specialty Gas R&D Engineer

Salary: Above 1M RMB per annum | Hiring: 1 position

Requirements: Master’s degree or above, PhD preferred; 10+ years relevant working experience preferred

Our company focuses on R&D and industrialization of semiconductor electronic chemicals. We are developing hydrogen‑based and fluorine‑based electronic specialty gases. Responsibilities

1. Conduct full‑cycle R&D work for electronic specialty gases, design and execute experimental plans.
2. Sort out and archive experimental raw data, compile standardized experimental reports.
3. Identify and resolve technical challenges during R&D to ensure project delivery.
4. Search, review and summarize Chinese & English technical literature to support project progress.
5. Assist in drafting patents and technical papers for intellectual property output.

Requirements

1. Major in Organic Synthesis, Organic Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Synthesis, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Fine Chemicals or related fields. Master’s degree or above, PhD preferred.
2. Minimum 10 years of hands‑on experience in organic synthesis R&D.
3. Prior R&D experience with hydrogen‑based or fluorine‑based specialty gases is highly preferred.
4. Capable of independent lab operation and troubleshooting of experimental issues.
5. Ability to read technical literature in both English and Chinese; experience in patent drafting is a plus.
