Research & Development Executive

Job Descriptions:

1. Manage and develop product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with market needs and business goals
2. Participate in product development processes, working closely with cross-functional teams
3. Support the launch and post-launch activities of new products, ensuring successful market adoption
4. Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and propose strategies to drive sales growth
5. Ensure understanding and compliance with regulations across different countries
6. Analyze product performance, market trends, and competitor activities to support decision-making
7. Act as a bridge between development and sales teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication
8. Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by HOD and management

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics), Business, or related discipline
2. Minimum 2–4 years of experience in product management, product support, or technical roles (ELV / BMS / security systems preferred)
3. Strong technical understanding with the ability to translate product features into business and market strategies
4. Experience in market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and product positioning
5. Willingness to learn and expertise in regional standards and regulations
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
7. Ability to act as a bridge between engineering (R&D) and sales teams
8. Good communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders
9. Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
10. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of SAP / CRM tools is an advantage
11. Willingness to travel occasionally within the APAC region
