Research & Development Executive

Develop and refine new and existing product formulations to meet quality, sensory, cost and customer requirements.

Conduct laboratory trials, stability testing, sensory evaluations and product performance assessments.

Coordinate pilot trials and production scale-ups, ensuring smooth transition from laboratory to commercial production.

Troubleshoot formulation and production issues and recommend effective solutions and improvements.

Evaluate raw materials, ingredients and manufacturing processes to improve product quality, consistency and cost efficiency.

Work closely with Production, QA/QC, Procurement and other relevant departments to support successful product development and commercialization.

Ensure all product development activities comply with food safety, quality, regulatory and company requirements.

Maintain proper product development records, formulations, specifications and trial reports.

Keep updated on new ingredients, technologies and market trends to support product innovation.

Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements:

Degree in Food Science/ Food Technology/ Nutrition or related science field.

At least 2 years job experience, especially in F&B industry.

Familiar with product development process & food regulations.

Creative thinking, proactive mindset, problem solving skills.

Strong attention to details, gentle & careful.

Independent, able to work under minimal supervision.

Team player with good interpersonal skills.
