Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, analytical and research-oriented New Product Research & Development Expert who can identify new product opportunities, conduct market research, develop product concepts and support the complete product development process.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities.
• Research customer needs, market trends and competitor products.
• Generate and evaluate new product ideas.
• Develop product concepts based on market requirements.
• Conduct product feasibility and market potential analysis.
• Coordinate with internal teams for product development.
• Plan and conduct product testing and trials.
• Collect customer and market feedback and suggest improvements.
• Prepare product research reports and presentations.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing and market strategies.
• Support product launch planning and implementation.
• Maintain proper documentation of research, testing and development activities.
• Continuously identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduation in any relevant field; MBA / BBA / Science / Technical background preferred.
• Experience in product research, product development, market research or a related field.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of market trends and customer requirements.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to conduct field research and interact with customers when required.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
