We are looking for an experienced Hardware Engineer to join our R&D team and take part in the development of advanced encoder systems and supporting technologies .

This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex multidisciplinary products, taking ownership of electronic board development from concept and design through testing, system integration, and product release .

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, test, and integrate electronic boards for advanced encoder systems.
• Develop new boards and upgrade existing designs to meet evolving product and system requirements.
• Work across the full development lifecycle – from design and laboratory testing to system integration and production release.
• Consider electrical, mechanical, DFM and DFT aspects throughout the design process.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, manufacturing, mechanical engineering, systems, and other multidisciplinary teams.
• Analyze system requirements and translate them into effective hardware solutions.
• Identify opportunities for product and system improvements.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing for released products.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and ensure compliance with structured development processes.
• Mentor and support team members in areas of expertise.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering .
• 5+ years of experience in digital circuit development .
• Strong knowledge of electronic board design, PCB layout, and manufacturing processes .
• Experience with structured and well-documented product development processes.
• Strong system-level thinking and ability to understand complex technical requirements.
• Self-motivated, hands-on, proactive, and highly capable of learning independently.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Good command of English.

• Experience in analog circuit development .
• Experience with OrCAD .
• Experience developing hardware for complex multidisciplinary systems .
• Experience working closely with manufacturing and production teams.
