About the role
RD Manager (Head Process and Food supplement) responsible for receiving projects, planning, studying and controlling new company projects within the scope of beverages and food supplement products.
Key responsibilities
- Receive projects, plan, study and control new company projects within the scope of beverages and food supplement products
- Demonstrate expertise in beverage production processes (Milk Base & Clear Base) involving heat application including Pasteurization, UHT, Sterilization
- Lead team in collaboration with marketing and sales departments in product development
- Present products and manage delivery to meet customer requirements and organizational objectives
About you
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Technology, Food Science or related field
- More than 10 years experience in Food Preservation Thermal Processes
- Ability to think critically, analyze information and make sound judgment based on evidence and logic
- Achievement orientation and innovation
- Risk management capability
- Attention to details
