To fulfill our growing demands of customers, we're looking for "Research and Development Manager"

Requirements

• Master Degree in Chemistry, or related fields.
• 2-5 years in Research and Development.​
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Thai.
• Leadership and good project management skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Able to multitask effectively while juggling multiple ongoing roles.​

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก (Key Responsibilities)

• Team Leadership: บริหาร นำทิศทาง และดึงศักยภาพของทีมวิจัยและพัฒนาออกมาให้ได้ประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด

• Cross-functional Collaboration: ประสานงานและทำงานร่วมกับแผนกอื่นๆ (เช่น ทีมผลิต, QA/QC และทีมธุรกิจ) เพื่อผลักดันนวัตกรรมจากห้องทดลองสู่ตลาดได้อย่างราบรื่น

• Documentation Management: วางระบบ ดูแล และควบคุมจัดการเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ R&D ทั้งหมดให้เป็นระเบียบ ถูกต้อง และได้มาตรฐาน

คุณสมบัติที่เรามองหา (Qualifications)

• มีประสบการณ์ระดับหัวหน้างานในการบริหารและนำทีม R&D (หากมีประสบการณ์สายเครื่องมือแพทย์หรือเวชสำอางจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)

• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ ในงานที่ต้องร่วมมือกับ บริษัทต่างประเทศได้

• มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการจัดการระบบเอกสารในห้องปฏิบัติการและคุ้นเคยกับมาตรฐานที่เกี่ยวข้อง

• Strong Emotional Intelligence (EQ): มีวุฒิภาวะทางอารมณ์สูง เป็นผู้นำที่รับฟัง เปิดกว้าง สามารถสื่อสารเพื่อแก้ปัญหาความขัดแย้งได้อย่างสร้างสรรค์

• Resilient & Adaptable: มีความยืดหยุ่น พร้อมรับมือกับความกดดันและความเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เกิดขึ้นอย่างรวดเร็วในสภาพแวดล้อมแบบ Startup
