Research and Development (Pet Care)

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and formulate new pet care products.
• Conduct laboratory testing and product trials.
• Evaluate product quality, stability, appearance, and performance.
• Improve existing formulations based on test results.
• Prepare and maintain formulation records, test results, and development reports.
• Ensure proper handling and use of raw materials and laboratory equipment.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance (QA), and Purchasing regarding product development.
• Follow company procedures, laboratory safety rules, and applicable product regulations.

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or other related courses.
• Preferably with experience in research and development or product formulation.
• Knowledge of raw materials, formulation, and laboratory testing.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical.
• Willing to conduct laboratory experiments and product trials.
• Able to prepare technical reports and maintain accurate records.
