Research & Development Pharmacist Section Manager

Responsibilities :

• Leading, mentoring, and managing research and development teams to achieve departmental objectives.
• Supervise research and develop new products in accordance with drug regulation affairs for registration requirements and improve existing products.
• Overseeing formulation development, analytical method development, stability studies, compatibility testing, Supplier sourcing and pilot-scale production for new pharmaceutical products.
• Preparing documentation of all R&D activities, including lab records, approval raw material, compatibility report and project reports.
• Collaborate with cross-function teams including regulatory affairs, purchasing, new product development, production, quality control, quality assurance, marketing to integrate product development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Research and development within the Herbal products, Drug products and Cosmetic is preferred.
• Strong understanding of scientific formulation
• Strong project management, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines (e.g., Thai FDA, ICH, ASEAN).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
