About the role
Supervisor R&D role focused on pharmaceutical product development, including formulation, analytical methods, and packaging development. The role requires comprehensive understanding of Quality by Design (QbD) end-to-end concepts and Quality Risk Management (QRM).
Key responsibilities
- Prepare R&D and pharmaceutical QC projections
- Manage end-to-end product development projects across all aspects
- Develop product formulations
- Develop and validate analytical methods
- Lead packaging development initiatives
- Apply QbD and QRM concepts throughout development processes
About you
- Minimum 3-5 years of work experience as Supervisor in R&D
- Minimum qualification: Pharmacist (Apoteker)
- Critical thinking capability
- Comprehensive review skills
- Full understanding of Quality by Design (QbD) end-to-end concepts
- Knowledge of Quality Risk Management (QRM) concept
