What they need
Key Responsibilities :
Develop new fabrics and improve existing textile products.
Conduct research on new fibers, yarns, fabrics, finishes, and textile technologies.
Coordinate product trials and evaluate development results.
Monitor product quality and performance during the development process.
Prepare technical specifications and R&D reports.
Support continuous improvement and innovation within the textile development process.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as RnD staff in textile company.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken, is preferred.
- Good knowledge of textile materials, fabric construction, dyeing, finishing, and testing processes.
