What they need
WE’RE HIRING - STAF RND
Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan min. SMK/S1 Pasca Panen/ Teknologi Hasil Pertanian/ Agribisnis atau sejenis
- Pengalaman min. 1-2 tahun bulan di bidang packaging, postharvest, QC, atau R&D produk segar
- Memahami karakteristik pascapanen produk hortikultura
- Memiliki pengetahuan dasar material kemasan (karton, plastik, liner, MAP)
- Memahami GHP dan dasar HACCP
- Mampu melakukan analisis data dan penyusunan laporan teknis
- Pengalaman menangani produk ekspor
- Pernah melakukan trial atau pengembangan kemasan
- Memahami sistem cold chain
- Memiliki ketertarikan pada efisiensi dan sustainability packaging
- Penempatan kabupaten Bandung
