About the role
This role involves conducting market research and competitor analysis for product development, creating new product launch programs, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches aligned with company standards.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis for product development
- Create New Product Launch programs, including timelines, Bill of Materials (BoM), required raw/packaging materials, utensils, etc.
- Coordinate with the Marketing, PPIC, and Procurement teams, and conduct training sessions prior to product launch
- Doing product trials to ensure successful product launches with COGS aligned to company standards
About you
- S1 Food Tech education
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in the same field
- Excellent skills in menu exploration and development
- Strong communication skills, proactive, and excellent leadership
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experienced in conducting market research and competitor analysis
- Capable of preparing COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) and analyzing product profitability
