Job Title: R&D Systems Engineering Technician

Job Responsibilities

• Support the design and development of medical devices through product testing and verification.
• Develop, validate, and execute test methods to evaluate product performance.
• Perform product characterization and analysis on new and incoming products.
• Troubleshoot product and process issues and identify root causes.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, organization, safety, and quality standards.
• Prepare technical reports and maintain accurate testing documentation.
• Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), quality procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Collect and analyze data using Microsoft Excel and other tools.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 5+ years of experience in medical device development .
• Experience in laboratory testing, instrumentation, or product verification; medical device experience preferred.
• Knowledge of GLP, validation protocols, and quality systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently on complex technical tasks.
• Must be able to take their own technical interview call.

Pay Scale

• The Pay range is upto $35 to $38/hr on W2
