Research Assistant (2 yrs contract)

Join a dedicated hospital research team and contribute to meaningful health services and clinical research that can improve patient care and healthcare outcomes. You will be involved across the research lifecycle, from study planning and data collection to analysis and dissemination.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate research projects, including ethics submissions and study documentation.
• Support research protocol development and study administration.
• Conduct data collection through surveys, interviews and medical record reviews.
• Perform data entry, basic data cleaning and preliminary analysis.
• Conduct literature and systematic reviews.
• Support research publications, reports, presentations and knowledge-sharing activities.
• For experienced candidates, contribute to health economics, implementation research, AI in healthcare or health services research, as well as advanced analysis and grant applications.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Health Sciences, Public Health, Life Sciences, Psychology, Social Sciences or related disciplines.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in health-related research.
• Proficiency in Stata, SPSS and/or NVivo.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Experience with EMR, systematic reviews or research publications will be an advantage.
