Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled person with expertise in Biochemistry and Analytical techniques to join our research team. As a Research Assistant at CytoGene, you will play a critical role in supporting our laboratory testing and ensuring the accurate analysis of various compounds.

Key Responsibilities:

Instrument Operation: Proficiently operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Biochemical techniques to ensure precise and reliable analytical results.

Sample Handling: Prepare and handle samples for analysis, including extraction, filtration, and proper storage, following established protocols.

Method Execution: Execute analytical methods efficiently and accurately, adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Calibration and Quality Control: Conduct regular instrument calibration and perform routine quality control checks to maintain instrument performance at its best.

Data Analysis: Analyze chromatographic data and report results with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring data integrity and traceability.

Documentation: Maintain meticulous laboratory records, including sample logs, analytical data, and equipment maintenance logs, in accordance with regulatory and compliance requirements.

Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to laboratory safety protocols, including the proper handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals and hazardous materials.

Inventory Management: Monitor and manage laboratory supplies, reagents, and consumables to ensure an uninterrupted workflow.

Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including scientists and fellow lab technicians, to contribute to research projects and meet project objectives.

Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with advancements in HPLC & HPTLC techniques, attend relevant training, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Life Science, Biotech, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field.
• Proven hands-on experience operating biochemistry instrument.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of laboratory safety procedures and protocols.
• Proficiency in data analysis software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Experience:

• upto 2 years Experience in method development and optimisation.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations in the pharmaceutical, chemical, or life sciences sectors.

Payscale: Rs. 16000/Month to Rs. 22000/Month based on performance and experience
