Research Assistant

Administrative Skills

• Managing high-volume correspondence and screening calls from clients, companies, and internal stakeholders
• Managing data subscriptions and specific requests for information from government agencies and/or organizations (i.e., PSE, SEC, PSA, etc.)
• Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files/records of research notes, models, documentation
• Calendar and schedule management for senior analysts/research heads, including earnings calls, roadshows, and investor meetings

Technical Skills

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
• Familiarity with Bloomberg Terminal is a plus(navigation-level, not deep analysis)

Research Support

• Assisting analysts with formatting and proofreading research notes for distribution
• Maintaining and updating distribution lists for research publications
• Compiling data from company filings, earnings transcripts, and industry sources
• Tracking earnings calendars, corporate actions, and sector news relevant to the analyst's coverage

Qualification

• Must be graduate of bachelor's degree in business, communications or any related four-year degree course or any course related to PSE
• Good understanding or knowledge of stock market is a plus
• Proficiency in written and oral English
• Precision and attention to detail
• Strong work ethic, professionalism and reliability
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Sound judgment and confidentiality
• Entry level position suitable for new graduates
