Research Assistant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Research & Development Technician to join our team. You will work closely with our R&D team to conduct experiments, tests, and analyses to develop and improve our services. Duties:

• Conducting experiments and tests according to R&D protocols and procedures
• Assisting in the design, development, and optimization of new products/services
• Collecting, recording, and analyzing experimental data and results
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as they arise
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Contributing to the development of research plans, reports, and presentations
• Staying updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field
• Proven experience in a similar R&D or laboratory technician role
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Knowledge of scientific methods and experimental techniques
• Familiarity with data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, MATLAB)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
