Research Assistant (UGC/FDS13/E02/25) Department of Civil Engineering Responsibilities

• Collect and process data from IoT sensors and laboratory tests.
• Develop and validate AI/machine learning models for strength prediction.
• Assist in integrating sensor data with predictive algorithms.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and research papers.
• Support general project administration and equipment coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related discipline.
• Proficiency in Python (or similar) for data analysis and ML modelling.
• Familiarity with IoT systems, sensors, or database management.
• Good command of English; able to work independently and in a team.
