Research Associate - Analytical Chemist

We are looking for a Research Associate Analytical Chemist to join our Research & Development team in Hyderabad. The role involves hands-on analytical testing, method development, validation, and troubleshooting using advanced analytical instruments. The selected candidate will work in a laboratory-based environment, supporting product development and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform chemical analysis using HPLC, GC, GC-MS, LC-MS/MS, IR, and NMR.
• Develop, validate, and troubleshoot analytical methods.
• Conduct quantitative analysis of API samples and related substances.
• Perform routine laboratory experiments and analytical testing in an R&D environment.
• Prepare and maintain analytical documentation, including SOPs, Methods of Analysis, test records, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and laboratory quality standards.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, R&D, CDMO, and Procurement teams to support development activities.
• Investigate analytical issues and implement effective solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Analytical Chemistry.
• Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC/GC-MS, LC-MS/MS, IR, and NMR.
• Experience in Method Development and Method Validation.
• Expertise in Quantitative Analysis.
• Good documentation practices, including SOPs and analytical reports.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills with proficiency in English.
